During the present worldwide COVID-19 emergency, please be assured that our highest priority is the health and well-being of our staff, our customers, patients and everyone who depends on Klarity products.
We are continually monitoring the evolving situation. We have not experienced, nor do we anticipate experiencing, any disruptions to our supply chain and customer service.
We have created new in-house policies and procedures to comply with and exceed safety protocols and recommendations from the CDC and medical authorities. These include enhanced PPE and training for our staff, additional disinfection, and daily screening of all employees.
Our product packaging also now includes complimentary storage bags masks with each mask sold. These are for protecting masks and positioning accessories between treatments.
While we have suspended on-site visits at this time, our staff will continue to conduct virtual meetings and demonstrations, and to offer personal support online as well as over the phone. We are conducting classes and meetings virtually and will be attending all conferences virtually this summer.
